President Trump on Friday was victorious in a legal dispute with New York City after it canceled the Trump Organization’s contract with the Ferry Point golf course in the Bronx.

According to Reuters, the Trump Organization filed a lawsuit against the Big Apple in June, claiming their golf course contract was wrongly terminated by former New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio’s administration after the events of Jan. 6.

The Trump Organization has been running the Ferry Point Golf Course since 2015. However, the city decided to part ways in the aftermath of Jan. 6. DeBlasio’s administration said the golf course’s partnership with Trump would prevent the golf course from attracting “first-class professional championship golf tournaments.”

Despite the city’s efforts, New York Supreme Court Justice Debra James vacated the decision to terminate the Trump Organization’s contract since the organization had no requirement to bring in golf tournaments,Bloomberg reported.

Eric Trump, the 45th president’s second-eldest son who serves as the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, celebrated the victory on Twitter, calling out De Blasio for political theatre.

In March, Trump also scored a major legal victory after a court ordered Stephanie Clifford, better known as Stormy Daniels, to pay Trump roughly $300,000 in attorney fees, costs, and sanctions after making fallacious allegations back in 2016.

The court later ruled the adult actress must payout even more, awarding Trump an additional quarter-million dollars following the victory.

The 45th president can now add the New York City defeat to his long list of legal victories.
