President Donald J. Trump filed a massive lawsuit against Democrat Hillary R. Clinton along with others, including, her indicted lawyer, former head of the FBI, a British Spy, and the DNC for ‘crippling’ his 2016 race by ‘weaving a false narrative he was colluding with Russia’.
Over 108 pages, the lawsuit rails against many of Trump’s most high-profile opponents and highlights the dastardly actions against him by well-connected people.
The lawsuit claims that Democrats and government officials committed crimes, from racketeering conspiracy to malicious prosecution, computer fraud and theft of secret internet data.
Trump’s team filed the lawsuit in Florida court on Thursday seeking punitive damages of 24 Million dollars, from Clinton and her team and allies over their actions during the 2016 campaign that was a massive humiliation for the Democrats and supporters of Clinton.
Trump accused the cabal specifically of conspiring to spread a ‘false narrative’ about ties to Russia, which became the foundation of the massive scandal called Russia Gate.
The suit names former British spy Christopher Steele, Biden’s National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, ex FBI chief James Comey among others It says ‘even the events of Watergate pale in comparison to their plot.
‘In the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy,’ reads the complaint
“Under the guise of ‘opposition research,’ ‘data analytics,’ and other political stratagems, the Defendants nefariously sought to sway the public’s trust,” says the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Florida. “They worked together with a single, self-serving purpose: to vilify Donald J. Trump.”
Former President Donald Trump filed a sprawling federal lawsuit on Thursday against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and 26 other people and entities that he claims conspired to undermine his 2016 campaign by falsely tying him to Russia.
The suit also contains some factual inaccuracies and some of the same grandiose or exaggerated false claims that Trump has made dozens of times.
The civil suit alleges that Clinton and top Democrats hired lawyers and researchers to fabricate information tying Trump to Russia, and then peddled those lies to the media and to the US government, in hopes of hobbling his chances of winning in 2016. Trump claims they were assisted by “Clinton loyalists” at the FBI, who abused their powers to investigate him out of political animus.
“Do you think Trump filed this case with the hope of calling Vladimir Putin as a character witness? Trump deposition ought to be a hoot,” Podesta wrote.

CNN reported that they had reached out to many of the defendants for comment. Some attorneys for defendants named in the lawsuit were still digesting it on Thursday.”We haven’t had a chance to read the complaint, but knowing the former President, there’s probably very little in there that’s true,” said Aitan Goelman, who represents former FBI official Peter Strzok.
CNN’s DEFENSE OF CLINTON
“The Clinton campaign did pay researchers to dig up dirt about Trump and Russia, and well-connected Democrats took some of their findings to law enforcement, believing possible ties between Trump and Russia were worth investigating But many of the key elements of Trump’s far-reaching accusations in the lawsuit have previously been debunked by the Justice Department inspector general and by a bipartisan report from the Senate Intelligence Committee,” CNN reported, getting their narrative out there early.
NPR outright described the lawsuit a RICO lawsuit
RICO lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others, alleging that they “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that [Trump] was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty [Russia]” to try and rig the 2016 election.
“The Defendants, blinded by political ambition, orchestrated a malicious conspiracy to disseminate patently false and injurious information about Donald J. Trump and his campaign, all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career and rigging the 2016 Election in favor of Hillary Clinton,” Trump’s lawyers say in a 108-page lawsuit filed in Florida. “When their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants’ efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration.”
The lawsuit seeks a jury trial and compensatory damages. It says Trump, as a result of defendants’ actions, has sustained losses of at least $24 million “and continuing to accrue, as well as the loss of existing and future business opportunities.”
The lawsuit comes nearly three years after the Mueller report into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
CNBC reported on the lawsuit saying that it seeks more than $72 million in damages, an amount that is triple the $24 million in legal fees and other damages that Trump allegedly has accrued as a result of the defendants’ purported conduct.
“The Republican ex-president, who is highly litigious, filed the suit in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida more than five years after defeating Clinton the race that was the subject of the supposed plot to harm his chances in the election,” CNBC reported showing that the mainstream media will continue to cover for the schemers.
Continuing their defense of Clinton and her team, CNBC reported:
During the campaign in 2016, Trump had said at a press conference, “Russia, if you’re listening — I hope you are able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” referring to electronic communications that had been deleted from a private email server Clinton used while she was secretary of state.
And the suit comes three years after then-special counsel Robert Mueller said his investigation had found that the Trump campaign was “receptive” to help from Russia during his 2016 campaign.
Trump has claimed that Mueller’s investigation, which was the continuation of an FBI probe into Trump campaign contacts with Russia during the 2016 race, was a witch hunt.
Proving they are going to pretend as if they didn’t see a strange thing happen at all, CNBC reported, “Trump’s suit says that while the scheme was designed to rig the 2016 election, when their gambit failed, and Donald J. Trump was elected, the Defendants efforts continued unabated, merely shifting their focus to undermining his presidential administration.”
