Trump Files Lawsuit Asserting Fourth Amendment Rights
Former President Donald Trump released a statement Monday evening announcing he has filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida asserting his Fourth Amendment rights.
Save America attorney Christina Bobb blasted the FBI for taking former President Donald Trump’s passports during the Aug. 8 Mar-a-Lago raid. Bobb says the FBI does not deserve the benefit of the doubt in this situation.
