GOP Reps. issue preservation notices for AG Garland, FBI Chief Wray & Chief of Staff Klain over FBI raid
House Republicans are taking steps to getting answers from top Department of Justice and White House officials on the motivations behind the Mar-a-Lago raid. On Monday, members of the House Judiciary Committee, led by ranking member Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), signed preservation notices for Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray and White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain.
The White House has continued its climate crusade by pumping millions into grant programs. While speaking at Florida International University in Miami on Monday, Vice President Kamala Harris pledged grants worth $1 billion to go towards addressing extreme weather events that she attributes are due to climate change. The Biden administration will be dispersing these funds to 343 towns and cities nationwide. The funds are intended to address a variety of natural disasters and may be used at the discretion of local jurisdictions.
A House Republican alleged that whistleblowers said the FBI has been tampering with official records and investigations to cover-up scandals created by the Biden administration. Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan (R) suggested the FBI exaggerates domestic terrorism statistics to hit performance metrics manufactured by the bureau itself.
White House Chief Medical Adviser, Dr. Anthony Fauci has continued to defend COVID-19 vaccine mandates. In a recent interview, he was asked why vaccines are still mandated in many places when he himself was quoted as saying that everyone would come into contact with COVID and most would contract it anyway.
Authorities are investigating a shooting which prompted evacuations at Dallas Love Field Airport. The FAA ordered a ground stop at the airport shortly after 11 a.m. local time due to the active shooter situation. Dallas Chief of Police Eddie Garcia said 37-year-old Portia Odufuwa began firing a handgun and a police officer engaged the suspect. He claimed that the woman entered the airport and went into a restroom to change clothes. Garcia expressed that the woman exited the restroom wearing a hoody and opened fire. Most of the shots appeared to be directed toward the ceiling.
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) has claimed the Democrat-controlled January 6 Committee could come up with criminal charges against former President Donald Trump. The California Democrat alleged Sunday that he has “very powerful” evidence that Trump was responsible for clashes at the US Capitol. 
Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said House Judiciary Committee Republicans have launched a probe into claims Facebook and Twitter suppressed information about the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop. One America’s John Hines has more from Capitol Hill.o

During an interview Saturday, the 45th president said he understands why GOP leaders are proposing a bill that would block U.S. military assistance to Ukraine until the U.S. southern border is secured.
