Former President Donald Trump’s top adviser and speechwriter Stephen Miller is calling President Joe Biden’s address to Congress “lifeless and dry.”
“So far, this speech is written in the ‘laundry list’ style — the least
President Trump says he could bypass Congress and declare a national emergency to fund the border wall.
He made the comments during a speech from the Rose Garden Friday.
During that event, he also said an earlier meeting with congressional leadership was productive, and everyone expressed interest in reopening the government.

During his final speech on Monday, Tennessee GOP Representative, Jimmy Duncan Jr., said the U.S. cannot afford to be the policemen of the world.
President Trump continues his push for a southern border wall amid the ongoing government shutdown over border security funding.
In a tweet Sunday, the President said the only way to stop drugs, gangs, human trafficking, criminal elements and more from coming into the country is with a wall or barrier.
