The judge presiding over the Mar-a-Lago raid rules the affidavit can not stay totally private. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart announced Thursday that the Department if Justice did not meet the burden of showing the entire document should stay sealed. Reinhart ordered the “redacted” version of the affidavit to be made public by noon Friday.

Authorities confirmed the death of the suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of a Colorado deputy. John Paz, 33, was found dead Monday, but authorities have not released details surrounding his death. He’s accused of shooting and killing deputy Andrew Peery on Sunday night as Peery along with several other deputies responded to a shooting at a home near Colorado Springs. Officials said when deputies arrived on the scene they were immediately met with gun fire.

Authorities are investigating a shooting which prompted evacuations at Dallas Love Field Airport. The FAA ordered a ground stop at the airport shortly after 11 a.m. local time due to the active shooter situation. Dallas Chief of Police Eddie Garcia said 37-year-old Portia Odufuwa began firing a handgun and a police officer engaged the suspect. He claimed that the woman entered the airport and went into a restroom to change clothes. Garcia expressed that the woman exited the restroom wearing a hoody and opened fire. Most of the shots appeared to be directed toward the ceiling.
Two parents and their six-year-old daughter were fatally shot at a state park in Iowa. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said officers responded to reports of a triple homicide on Friday and located the bodies of the victims at the Moquoketa Caves Campground.
