Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein announces the DOJ has launched a new website aimed at combating hate crimes.

Rosenstein said both law enforcement and the public will be able to use the site to learn about the resources available to report hate crimes, during a briefing Monday.

He added the site is part of an ongoing effort to bridge gaps in hate crime reporting.

Rosenstein said since January 2017 the DOJ has prosecuted more than 50 people for hate crime related offenses.

He also reflected on the recent synagogue mass shooting, reiterating the president’s statement that there is zero tolerance for anti-Semitism in America.
