President Trump said he — and all of America — stands with North Carolina and will be there 100-percent.

The president called Florence one of the most powerful storms to hit the nation, adding, his administration is committed to providing the federal assistance needed to ensure a speedy recovery.

At least 37 people died in the storm, while many still remain without power. Some areas are still on on high alert due to the ongoing threat of flooding as rivers and lakes crest.
