President Trump previews his upcoming address to the United Nations, an organization he says is not living up to its full potential.
The president said he’s been disappointed in the effectiveness of the UN since he’s taken office, while speaking on the White House lawn.
The president did say he is looking forward to addressing the UN and attending meetings next week.
The president’s remarks will center around the foreign policy successes of his administration, according to UN ambassador Nikki Haley.
