Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, has been scolded by law enforcement for his scandalous behavior at the time he was being questioned about his drunkenness at a crash scene on May 28 in Napa Valley, CA.

“When the 82-year-old was questioned by highway patrol officers and asked for identification, a slurring Pelosi had offered up his driver’s license and the 11-99 membership card, according to a criminal complaint,” The New York Post reported.

The mere presentation of his 11-99 Foundation identification credentials to law enforcement made it appear that he was presenting them for preferential treatment,” the group said in the complaint, adding it was in violation of their terms and conditions.

Numerous news reports show the California law enforcement association has cut ties with Paul Pelosi after he flashed a membership car to the police while being questioned, making the story go viral with Americans who are tired of seeing this type of elite behavior from the Pelosi family.

“The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation terminated Paul Pelosi’s lifetime membership following his DUI guilty plea earlier this week,” Martin Walsh reported for Conservative Brief.

According to the group’s website, the purpose of the Foundation is to provide emergency assistance to California Highway Patrol employees and scholarships to their children.

“After evaluating the events that led to Mr. Pelosi’s arrest and conviction, we are revoking Mr. Pelosi’s lifetime membership with the CHP 11-99 Foundation effective immediately,” the organization announced through a press release.

“The charity noted Paul Pelosi, husband to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, flashed his membership card to police back in May when he was pulled over for crashing his car while being drunk,” Walsh added.

“After evaluating the events that led to Mr. Pelosi’s arrest and conviction, we are revoking Mr. Pelosi’s lifetime membership with the CHP 11-99 Foundation effective immediately. A letter to Mr. Pelosi informing him of this termination was mailed out yesterday,” according to the group.

Earlier this week, authorities released dashcam footage of Paul Pelosi slurring his words following a drunken crash, yet somehow the Pelosis were able to navigate the usual consequences of a drunk driving accident, unlike the way things would unfold for a regular American who doesn’t have the Pelosi political power.

The dashcam video showed that Paul Pelosi was being questioned by California Highway Patrol moments after the crash that left another driver injured.

The New York Post reported on the drunken scene:

“Officers responding to the crash after 10 p.m. said they found Pelosi in the driver’s seat of his 2021 Porsche Carrera, while the other driver — who was injured — was standing outside an SUV,” the New York Post reported. “When asked for identification, officers said Pelosi had offered them his driver’s license and an ’11-99 Foundation’ card, which supports CHP employees and their families.”

Pelosi was “unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage,” officers said at the time.

“Moment Paul Pelosi attempts balance test after crashing $100K+ Porsche,” Fox News posted showing the disastrous footage.

The dashcam video came after Pelosi appeared in court on Tuesday but had been hidden from the public up to that point.

Pelosi, at the court hearing this week, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and causing injury in connection to his DUI.

However, Pelosi is not being treated the same as everyone else. Political privilege has some perks.

Pelosi’s plea agreement includes a jail term of five days, although Judge Joseph Solga noted that he already had credit for four days, two from actual time served and two for conduct credits. The remaining day will be covered by an 8-hour work program, Fox News reported.

“The sentence also includes a three-month drunk driving program, one year with an ignition interlock device, restitution payments, as well as three years of probation. As part of the agreement, Pelosi pleaded guilty to violating California Vehicle Code 23153(a), and a second charge was dismissed in the interest of justice,” the report added.

In other words, Pelosi won’t see any jail time. The transparency over his case has been suspicious to the public, while some law enforcement has defended their actions to keep Pelosi’s information hidden from view.

“Mr. Pelosi received the same treatment under that policy that all individuals released from County Jail receive,” Napa County law enforcement officials said. “No state law specifically requires the release of booking photos or mugshots, but policies regarding this topic can vary by jurisdiction.”

A) From colleague Michael Lundin. Police released a booking photo of Spkr Pelosi’s husband Paul Pelosi from late May after he was arrested for DUI. Napa County says the decision to release or withhold mugshots is up to the police. Not DA.

The news of Pelosi’s special treatment comes a time when Americans are experiencing a high rate of loss in trust in American institutions to defend and serve them.  For close to 7 years, American citizens have witnessed a breakdown in transparency and fairness from the government while watching well-connected people like the Pelosi duo get away with anything they want.
