Mueller releases memo detailing Manafort plea deal breaches

He is also accused of lying several times about a $125,000 payment made to one of his own firms.

Manafort pleaded guilty to two conspiracy charges in September, after he was found guilty on eight charges of tax fraud.

The latest revelations could lead to more criminal indictments against him, he is due for his first round of sentencing trials in February.

This comes amid new developments in the Cohen and Manafort cases, as prosecutors submit new filings giving a glimpse into the inner workings of both investigations.
