Judge Who Signed Off on FBI Raid Made Anti-Trump Posts

The judge who likely signed the warrant authorizing the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar A Lago estate, Judge Bruce Reinhart, is being highlighted in the media because he previously made anti-Trump social media posts and shared content about ‘white privilege, and he is aligned with people who could be exposed as criminals, by a future Trump administration.

Trump lawyer Christina Bobb said that federal magistrate Reinhart approved the warrant that permitted the FBI raid on the former president’s Florida property in Palm Beach on Monday.  Some media outlets are reporting that Reinhart is definitely the one who signed off on the abuse of Trump.

Reinhart has been a magistrate judge since 2018. District judges appoint magistrate judges to deal with matters, including bond hearings and signing off on search warrants.

It is important to remember that Magistrates are different than other judges and often exploited by the left in pursuit of lawfare and cancel culture; magistrates have less authority than a circuit court judge.

To add to the conflict of interest and the alleged abuse of power, Judge Bruce Reinhart had previously represented employees of convicted pedophiles and sex traffickers for the elite Jeffrey Epstein. They stand to lose a lot if Trump for their activity exposes them.

Reinhart also donated to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and gave money to political opponents of Donald Trump during the 2016 election, including Jeb Bush. So at the minimum, he is an obvious Never Trumper.

And now, Facebook posts have now emerged illustrating how Reinhart has been anti-Trump from the beginning as a radical leftist.

Reinhart praised former Congressman and civil rights activist John Lewis in one post by quoting  vicious Never Trumper Robert Reich, who said, “Donald Trump doesn’t have the moral stature to kiss John Lewis’s feet.”

Reinhart also hated Trump so much that he wrote he tried to  ‘ignore’ the then President-elect’s tweets.

“I’m sure the judge took this matter very seriously. The judge:” Posobiec posted.

In another post shared by Reinhart, the judge shared a viral video about white privilege from an account called ‘Woke Folks.’

“Reinhart’s anti-Trump sentiments bolster Trump’s assertion that the raid on his property, carried out by “arrogant” FBI agents who even ransacked Melania’s wardrobe, was a coordinated political attack and a total abuse of justice,” Prison Planet reported.

Donald Trump derided claims by the White House that it had no advance knowledge of the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate, asserting that “Biden knew” about the “coordinated attack.”

Trump’s Florida home was ransacked by 30 federal agents, who searched the entire property, including Melania Trump’s wardrobes, in what critics have labeled a disgraceful abuse of power.

The White House initially responded to the raid by claiming they had no advance knowledge, an assertion that was ridiculed by some.

According to Newsweek, Reinhart spent more than 11 years as an assistant U.S. attorney but ceased to be a federal prosecutor on January 1, 2008. The next day, Reinhart began working as a defense attorney for certain Epstein employees.

Those employees reportedly included pilots, a scheduler named Sarah Kellen, and a woman whom some of Epstein’s victims said was his sex slave, according to a 2018 report in The Miami Herald.

The newspaper also reported in 2011 that Reinhart was named in a lawsuit and accused of violating Justice Department policy by representing the Epstein employees. He denied any wrongdoing and said he didn’t participate in the criminal case against Epstein or learn confidential information while working as a federal prosecutor.

The Washington Free Beacon reported on the biased judge, “The federal magistrate judge who signed the warrant authorizing the FBI raid on former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence is a former criminal defense attorney who represented a former Democratic congressman investigated by the bureau for putting his mistress on his congressional payroll.

Government records indicate that Judge Bruce E. Reinhart, one of three federal magistrates in West Palm Beach, signed the unprecedented warrant targeting Trump, who denounced the “unannounced raid” on his property as “an assault [that] could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries.”

As a criminal defense attorney, Reinhart represented Democratic congressman Tim Mahoney, a Florida lawmaker who ran on a platform of “faith, family, and personal responsibility” while carrying on a series of extramarital affairs. Mahoney subsequently came under FBI investigation for hiring one of his mistresses to work in his congressional office before putting her on his campaign payroll.

Before becoming a judge in 2018, Reinhart spent 12 years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, the office tasked with investigating the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein for sex trafficking in 2005.

The outlet concluded:

The federal case against Epstein ultimately went nowhere thanks to a controversial non-prosecution agreement Epstein’s lawyers negotiated with the U.S. Attorney’s office.

While the terms of that deal were being finalized in late 2007, Reinhart opened a limited liability company in Florida listed at the same address used by Epstein’s lead attorney, Jack Goldberger.

Reinhart resigned from the U.S. Attorney’s office on Jan. 1, 2008. Epstein hired him the very next day.

Reinhart would go on to represent Epstein’s pilot, scheduler, and alleged “sex slave,” all of whom received immunity from federal prosecution.
