On Friday, Judge William Orrick of the northern district of California, called the series of enforcement laws move unconstitutional.

In 2017, Sessions enacted a policy for cities to give ice officials access to jails, and detainee records, or face funding penalties.

It also required state and local governments to share unrestricted information to the Department of Homeland Security. OAN
