Trump to Make Major Cabinet Announcement – Rudy Giuliani Tapped?

Rudy Giuliani

Conservative businessman Donald J. Trump has secured the Republican nomination and has avoided a contested convention.

Now, a Trump political insider has let it be known that Trump may be ready to announced his cabinet, and soon! Trump told Bill O’Reilly on Fox News that he likes the idea about announcing all cabinet posts “before we go to Cleveland.”

Few details are known, but we have reason to believe that Trump officially has an appointment for “America’s Mayor” Rudy Giuliani: He would run the Department of Homeland Security!

“A secret deal has been struck by Donald Trump, and Rudy Giuliani would be head of Homeland Security,” according to a GOP insider.

There’s no doubt that Trump could use a secretary of Homeland Security who can at least tell a skyscraper from a Slurpee machine. A couple of weeks ago, while campaigning in Buffalo, the bloviating billionaire recalled watching rescue workers “down at 7/11” after the World Trade Center was destroyed on Sept 11, 2001.
The appointment is a “done deal”:

“It’s my understanding that the two have talked directly (and) I know there have been serious talks on both sides,” we’re told. “I’m told it’s a done deal, but until it’s on paper, I don’t think anyone is counting on anything. Trump is already cutting deals as he moves to solidify his position in the party.”

Considering Rudy Giuliani’s extensive executive experience and his passion for stopping Islamic terrorism around the world, the appointment would make a perfect fit. Rudy would be able to provide the type of expertise a Trump White House requires to clean up the mess created after 8 years of Obama, with the Islamic State (ISIS) growing in size and strength. If true, this appointment is incredible news, and a clear indication that Trump is ready to bring in the best minds into his administration.
