The Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office investing Hunter Biden needs help because they lack the resources to adequately probe the complexity of the Biden family’s financial dealings according to three current or former Department of Justice officials, adding to calls for a special counsel.

“A federal investigation into the business affairs of Hunter Biden is continuing in Delaware,” The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal reported in late March of 2022.

The investigation included the convening of a grand jury, according to the NYT story, which reported that the son of the president’s son his tax claims, adding that the payments would not end his legal liability but did reduce his chances of facing charges.

WSJ followed up with its own story about a widening investigation, including the use of a grand jury.

In March, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Delaware declined to comment on the case for either outlet.

However, now that they are facing the entire Biden family- they are talking and telling DOJ-connected individuals that what they are facing with the ‘Biden crime family’ is too much for them to deal with- according to a whistleblower.

“Conflicts of interest aside, the complexity and scope of the Biden corruption investigation exceed the capabilities of the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Margot Cleveland reported for the
Federalist about the recent claims.

“If any single one of the dozens of issues had been alleged about the Bush or Trump families, a special counsel would have been appointed immediately,” said one career official familiar with the probe. “[The Delaware office] needs help. There’s no way it can tackle everything it needs to, even if it tried.” Two other officials also expressed concern about resources available to the investigation, particularly given the political sensitivity and complexity of the underlying issues,” Cleveland wrote.

US Senator Chuck Grassley, (R-IA), the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, and US Senator Ron Johnson (R-WIS), the top Republican on the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations have been slamming the Bidens on the Senate floor for some time, proving detailed investigations of the corrupt business ties and massive corruption, all while the Biden administration,  law enforcement and much of the lapdog media completely ignores them.

The Federalist report on the whistleblower comes on the heels of other media reports about Grassley and Johnson demanding a special counsel- as reported by Fox News:

“The ranking member on the Senate Judiciary Committee says he has gotten tips that the agencies are downplaying and suppressing wrongdoing by the president’s son,” Fox News anchor said this week.

“Highly credible whistleblowers have come forward to  Republican Senator  Chuck Grassley alleging a widespread effort within the FBI to downplay and discredit – information about Hunter Biden according to a scathing letter from Grassley to FBI director Christopher Ray and attorney general Merrick Garland, Brooke Sigmund reported for the outlet.

In her report, she said that Grassley wrote, “the allegations provided to his office appear to indicate that there was a scheme in place among certain FBI officials to undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter, Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation.”

“Grassley zeroes in on one particular player, FBI agent Timothy Thibault who he claims may have improperly swayed the criminal investigation into the president’s son,” Sigmund reported.

She said, “Grassley writes that the information he has received from the Whistleblower reveals that Thibault’s political partisanship impacted his official decision making on sensitive public, corruption investigations.”

One of those investigations reportedly is a newly opened probe into the Trump Administration, which Grassley believes is driven by partisan politics.

Fox News quoted a constitutional law expert, Jonathan Turley,  who said that the appointment of a special counsel in Hunter’s case would eliminate potential conflicts of interest.

“This is really an example of a rather textbook example of why special counsels need to be appointed in these cases. Why haven’t they interviewed the president who is referred to in many of these emails is that big guy?” Turley has said about the Biden crime family.

So the push for a special counsel on the Biden’s grows more intense and for a good reason, what they have done may impact our national security.

The Federalist report describes the problem:

“Revelations of Hunter and James Biden’s profiteering from communist China represent but one aspect of the financial dealings of the duo. According to the New York Times, Hunter Biden’s joint global equity firm, the Bohai Harvest Equity Investment Fund, helped arrange the purchase by a Chinese mining company of the world’s largest cobalt source in the Congo. “Hunter reportedly launched that new joint enterprise with Chinese business partners less than two weeks after he traveled to China on Air Force Two with his then-vice president father.”

And the demands for scrutiny on the Bidens are not new.

“Calls for a special counsel have been percolating since April when a group of nearly 100 House Republications wrote Attorney General Merrick Garland to demand he appoints a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden. “We are concerned that in the case of Hunter Biden, the Department has an actual conflict of interest and certainly has the appearance of a conflict of interest that could prevent a fair and impartial investigation of his activities,” the lawmakers wrote, adding, “You were nominated to your position by Hunter Biden’s father and ultimately work for him,” Clevland reported.

Grassley is requesting all documents pertaining to the Hunter Biden investigation by August 8.
