Democrat’s Organize For War On Trump

Democrat Gov. Jay Inslee is taking off the gloves and declaring an all out,  “Total War” on Donald Trump”. Democrats are moving to destroy President Trump with liberal activists leading the charge  as they head to select a national chairman this weekend, according to The New York Times.

“My belief is, we have to resist every way and everywhere, every time we can” speaking of what he says is Trump’s offense remarks against core American values, Gov. Jay Inslee told the the Times. He exclaimed that  there would been a “tornado of support” to resist President Trump.
He hinted at Republican support for the Democrat resistance by saying, “Ultimately, we’d like to have a few Republicans stand up to rein him in.” “The more air that goes out of his balloon, the earlier and likelier that is to happen.”

Trump supporters are ready for the fight as is evident by the enthusiasm for The President at CPAC. George Barron of TrumpKnows.com says, “We are ready for anything that they can throw at us. If a fight is what they want – a fight is what they’ll get.”

The Times reported that, when the election had ended, Democrats were divided on whether to do battle with the new president – or to invite him to govern from as what they see as the center, by compromising with them.
But Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns wrote in the Times article, “… senior Democratic officials concede that the blueprint has already been chosen for them — by an incensed army of liberals demanding no less than total war against President Trump.”

The strategy has its risks: anti-Trump hostility could imperil lawmakers in red states where the president won – or efforts for Democrats to present themselves to moderate voters as an alternative to the polarizing president.

“There is this vitriol and dislike for our new president,” Democratic Delaware Sen. Thomas Carper told the Times. “The challenge for us is to harness it in a productive way and a constructive way, and I think we will.”

According to the Times, a handful of liberal groups have already sprung up threatening to wage primary challenges against incumbent Democrats who they see as being too weak to fight Trump effectively.

But as George Barron sees it, the Democrat party has decided to to be ruled by the far left. With that decision will be certain failure for a party that is gasping for its last breath of political power.

In the Saturday vote in Atlanta for a new chairman of the Democratic National Committee in Atlanta, the liberal activities are behind Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota and Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Ind., against the perceived front-runner, Thomas Perez, Obama’s labor secretary, the Times reported.

“This is not a normal Republican president and these are not normal times,” Christine Quinn, a vice chairwoman of the New York State Democratic Committee, who was a prominent surrogate for Hillary Clinton last year, told the Times.

“This isn’t a time for polite parties anymore. This is a time to take a different posture of true aggressiveness.”

Perhaps this strategy, like so many others will backfire on Democrats as they drift further away from what most of America is looking for from their government.
