BREAKING: Biden’s FBI Apprehends GOP Rep. While Traveling with Family and Seizes His Phone

Democrat Joe Biden is escalating political leverage against his America First opponents in a wretched manner that has gone deeply personal, as his FBI this week raided the home of former President Donald J. Trump, broke into Trump’s safe, and the FBI have now hunted down a sitting representative of the American people, who was traveling with his family so that they could take essential work and personal property from him.

“These kinds of banana republic tactics should concern every citizen,” US House Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) told the media after the FBI seized his personal cellphone, just days after speaking at CPAC to Conservatives about the agenda and path forward for the Conservative House Freedom Caucus, in a speech that was critical of Republicans, Democrats and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Perry is Chairman of the Freedom House Caucus.

“We represent members of Congress who stand for the millions of Americans who feel like Washington has left them behind that does not speak for them. So that’s who the freedom caucus is that’s what we’re going to talk about this afternoon.

We constantly hear that when Republicans are in charge, we can’t get that done because the Democrats are in the presidency. But we can be successful.

We’re going to talk about three things. Number one, you got to know which team you’re on, got to know which team you’re on, and I’m going to give you examples of each one of these.

You got to know what the rules are of the game. It’s not really a game. This is real stuff, but you got to know what the rules are of the operation, and you got to know the leverage points are.

And Perry slammed the CCP, the RINOS, and Dems in DC who enabled them.

“Forced organ harvesting of the Falun Gong – why is that acceptable for the American people? Why isn’t the media covering it? Why is this not a bigger issue?” Perry said to the CPAC audience in Texas just days ago.

“I’m outraged. None of this is the government’s business,” Perry told the media after his phone was taken.

Perry told Fox News that the FBI had a warrant and confiscated his cellphone and that agents made no attempt to contact his lawyers before they appeared to Perry in person and demanded his property.

“Perry is a loyal Trump ally and an original member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus,” The Daily Mail reported.

‘My phone contains info about my legislative and political activities, and personal/private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends. None of this is the government’s business.’

Perry said that while he and his family were traveling earlier Tuesday, he was approached by three FBI agents who handed him a warrant and seized his cellphone.

‘They made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who would have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish,’ he said.

Perry, a loyal Trump ally, is an original member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus and took over as the group’s leader at the beginning of the year, Fox News reported.”The confiscation of Perry’s phone comes just one day after FBI agents descended on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida in what Perry called in his statement an ‘unnecessary and aggressive action,’ the Daily Mail reported.

‘As with President Trump last night, DOJ chose this unnecessary and aggressive action instead of simply contacting my attorneys,’ Perry stated.

These kinds of banana republic tactics should concern every Citizen — especially considering the decision before Congress this week to hire 87,000 new IRS agents to persecute law-abiding Citizens further.’

The FBI’s brazen attacks on America First politicians come- also- at precisely the same time that Biden and the Democrats have demonstrated their political bias against Conservatives in other ways- and as they move closer to a House vote this week to pour money into the IRS for enforcement against the American people, as reported by CNBC.

The Senate approved nearly $80 billion in IRS funding, with $45.6 billion for “enforcement,” raising questions about who may be targeted by future audits.
IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig said the resources won’t increase “audit scrutiny on small businesses or middle-income Americans.” However, with the investment projected to bring in $203.7 billion in revenue, opponents say IRS enforcement may affect everyday Americans.

IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig said these resources are “absolutely not about increasing audit scrutiny on small businesses or middle-income Americans,” in a recent letter to the Senate.

These are some reasons people speculate that Perry had his property taken and was shamed in public by the FBI. But unfortunately, that is how the Democrats treat a veteran, a father traveling with his children, a duly elected Representative, a  founding member of the Freedom House Caucus, and an ally to their biggest target- Trump.

The FBI raid on Monday was related to Trump’s removal of classified documents from the White House and not the Department of Justice’s investigation into January 6, The New York Times reported.

Trump said Mar-a-Lago is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents.

‘After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate,’ Trump said about the attack on him and his property.
