Arizona Gets Huge News About Blocking Trump From 2024 Ballot

Adrian Fontes, the Secretary of State of Arizona and a member of the Democratic Party, expressed his frustration by stating that he lacks the legal jurisdiction to impede President Trump’s inclusion on the ballot.

Mr. Fontes expresses his willingness to undertake the task if he has the capability, while denoting the legislation that restricts his capacity as “stupid.” Secretary of State Fontes is quite displeased.

According to an article published in The Hill, Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes (D), lacks the authority to prevent former President Donald Trump from pursuing a presidential candidacy in the state.

There has been a growing demand to disqualify the former president from participating in the 2024 election, citing a provision in the 14th Amendment that prohibits anybody who has “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the government from holding public office. Fontes asserted that, contrary to the aforementioned assertions, he is unable to do so in light of a prior ruling by the Arizona Supreme Court.

During a discussion on “The Gaggle” podcast by The Arizona Republic and azcentral.com, Fontes explained, “Now, the Arizona Supreme Court said that because there’s no statutory process in federal law to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, you can’t enforce it.”

“That’s what the Arizona Supreme Court said, so that’s the state of the law in Arizona. Now, do I agree with that? No, that’s stupid,” Fontes added.

Fontes expressed his personal distaste for the decision made by the Arizona Supreme Court but affirmed his commitment to abide by it due to its status as a legally binding mandate within the state of Arizona.

“What I’m saying is I’m going to follow the law,” Fontes declared. “And the law in Arizona is what the law in Arizona is. Whether I like it or not, is irrelevant.”

In recent weeks, President Trump has expressed opposition to the possibility of entering into a plea agreement in relation to any of the four ongoing legal proceedings against him.

In a short press conference held prior to his departure from the Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club on route to Iowa, President Trump provided a response to a reporter’s inquiry regarding his willingness to accept a deal.

A reporter asked him, “Is there any chance you take a plea deal in Georgia?”

President Trump answered:

We did nothing wrong. We don’t ever take a plea deal. We don’t take plea deals. It’s a wise guy question. You’re just a wise guy. We don’t take plea deals because I did nothing wrong. It’s called election interference. You know what that is?

Because these indictments are going out by Biden. Who can’t even put two sentences together. This is Joe Biden. Because he can’t win the election by himself. He can’t win the election based on votes. So what they did is they got the attorney general to do it. And then you see how stupid they acted yesterday with the appointment of the special counsel. They call it special counsel. And what a crazy thing that was. And it’s being laughed at all over the world.

The fact is that we have a country that’s in serious trouble. We have a country that’s in major decline. I don’t mean decline, I mean major decline. And we’re going to straighten it out. This group and a lot of people just like this group. We’re going to straighten it out and we’re going to make America great again.

Wise guy.

On Wednesday, ‘The Adam Carollo Show’ unveiled a recent interview featuring Tucker Carlson, a former host at Fox News. The interview centered around his conversation with Donald Trump, the prominent Republican candidate for the 2024 presidential election and the 45th President of the United States. Additionally, the discussion delved into Carlson’s departure from his previous network and the outlook for the future of the United States.

One aspect of the conversation has garnered significant attention, as Tucker articulated his belief that the possibility of “assassination” looms if the indictments targeting Trump do not yield favorable outcomes for the Democrats.

“They protested him, they called him names. He won anyway. They impeached him twice on ridiculous pretenses,” Carlson began. “They fabricated a lot about what happened on January 6th in order to impeach him again. It didn’t work. He came back, then they indicted him. It didn’t work. He became more popular. Then they indicted him three more times, and every single time his popularity rose.”

“So if you begin with criticism, then you go to protest, then you go to impeachment, now you go to indictment, and none of them work, what’s next?” Carlson inquired. “I mean, graph it out, man.”

The conservative pundit expressed a belief that the current trajectory is leading towards a political killing, “We’re speeding toward assassination, obviously, and no one will say that, but I don’t know how you can’t reach that conclusion.”
