Conservative Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has been a magnet for attacks since her arrival in Washington.

The strong supporter of former President Trump has been assailed for her positions and sometimes fiery and controversial comments.

Democrats kicked her off committees and liberals have been trying to boot her from the ballot.

But now the attacks are taking place at her private home.

This past week Greene was the victim of “swatting” at her home.

“Swatting” is a criminal harassment tactic where the culprit deceives emergency services into sending an armed response team to another person’s address.

MTG was swatted on both Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

On Wednesday and Thursday, police went to Greene’s Rome, Ga. home after false 911 calls were made and suggested that people inside were dead and the killer armed and suicidal over the Republican lawmaker’s efforts to stop sex-modifying surgery on transgender minors.

In the first encounter Wednesday morning, according to police and Greene, a 911 call came in that somebody had murdered people in her home and that a suicidal woman with a gun was walking around the house.

The officers were dispatched “in reference to a male who had been shot five times in a bathtub. As the details continued to be relayed, it was reported that the female was still in the residence and possibly had some children inside with her.”

The false 911 call had police arriving at Greene’s home with weapons drawn.

After the police left, a second call came hours later into the Rome police admitting to the swatting event and with a computer generated voice said they were upset with Greene’s proposal to criminalize transgender surgeries and hormone therapies for children.

Then, A second swatting attempt occurred early Thursday after somebody claiming to be from a suicide hotline called police and said more violence was occurring at the Greene home in response to the lawmaker’s political views.

The police sped to Greene’s home, but this time the officers were ready for a false alarm.

When Greene opened the door that night, an officer said, “they did it again,” she recalled.

Now Greene is speaking more explicitly about the attempt to bring police with guns ready to fire to her home.

She announced the incident on Twitter and linked to a scheduled interview with RSBN where she promised to show home security footage and 911 calls from the events.

Greene now is providing more detail of the event in the interview with Steve Bannon..

When police arrived at her rural area home, Greene said she grabbed an AR-15 by her bed stand after hearing the doorbell and seeing flashlights outside.

But she said something in her mind told her to leave the gun behind.

She believes if she had opened the door armed with it that she would have been shot.

“It was truly a God thing that I had that feeling not to carry that gun with me to the front door because had I have done that, we would have been in a whole different scenario, because I probably would have been the target, and that is the whole purpose of swatting someone,” she said.

In the interview, the 911 calls were aired and video footage from Greene’s home was shown, including of officers entering her home pistols drawn.

“Is the Left trying to have you assassinated, ma’am?” Bannon asked.

“Yes,” MTG replied. “They are trying to have me murdered, they are trying to get me killed.”

The Congresswoman said she is certain the effort to have her killed springs from the same “sick ideology” that seeks to mutilate children, The Washington Examiner reports.

She’s been targeted because “I’m trying to protect children from the Left’s perverted and evil ideology that is trying to maim and mutilate children,” she said.

“It’s child abuse. It is sexual child abuse.”

Greene continued to expound on the reasons behind the event.

“Absolutely, 100%, they wanted me to be murdered, death by cop. That’s what swatting is. And they were doing this in hopes that the police would kill me,” Greene said in the extensive interview about the event on Right Side Broadcasting Network.

But she said in the interview that the latest round of attacks have given her strength to fight back harder, certainly a warning to Democrats who may feel her political pain if Republicans take back Congress and she wins a seat on oversight committees.

“I think what everyone needs to understand about me is all of these things that are coming against me and the hate on the left, on it actually makes me dig in harder.

And it’s a conviction inside of me. And I will fight harder and I will keep going. It actually fuels me. So they can try whatever they want. I won’t stop,” she said.
