Soros-Backed State Attorney Smacked Down After Striking Back At DeSantis

Leftist billionaire Hungarian-born George Soros, who funded a Florida state attorney campaign for Andrew Warren, is seeing one of his corrupt legal plants get knocked around a bit after Republican Governor Ron DeSantis is playing ‘top cop’ and insisting on law and order for the state by removing Warren from office last week.

In a tweet last month, Warren wrote: “The 15-week ban is unconstitutional on its face. Tallahassee knew it when it passed the bill hoping judges will ignore the privacy right in FL Constitution.”

Ironically this brazen move by DeSantis to axe Warren happened just as Viktor Orban, the prime minister of Hungry, was at CPAC in Texas talking about the dangers of his nemesis- none other than George Soros, and how to fight back against the Soros leftist movement back. And Orban should know about that.

Soros undermined his own country’s law and order. DeSantis, in his removal of Warren, slammed Soros. He is having no more of Soros’ in Florida.

“State Attorneys have a duty to prosecute crimes as defined in Florida law, not to pick and choose which laws to enforce based on his personal agenda,” DeSantis said in a statement after sending law enforcement to remove Warren of the 13th Judicial Circuit on Friday.

After being removed from office, Warren, a Hillsborough prosecutor, turned to Twitter and said: “I’m not going down without a fight. It shouldn’t matter if you’re a Republican or a Democrat or a Libertarian; everybody should be outraged. This is how our democracy crumbles.”

Warren made no mention of understanding what a Republic is all about.

“He came down to Tampa — to Hillsborough County — to illegally remove me as part of some political circus,” Warren said in the video.

“He did it because he wants to throw women and their doctors in jail based on a law that has already been found to violate Florida’s Constitution. He did it because he wants to enforce a law that discriminates against our LGBTQ community — a law that, at this point, doesn’t even exist. We won’t let him get away with it.”

An armed sheriff’s deputy accompanied Warren out of his office Thursday before he could read the governor’s order.

“I was blindsided by this plot to illegally remove me from office,” Warren told the Tampa Bay Times on Sunday. “That’s what Russia does. That’s what China does. That’s not America.”

“The feedback has been overwhelmingly supportive, and from all over the country,” Warren said in the video. “People know that this is a dangerous abuse of power that scares anyone who cherishes democracy … We’ll be hitting back and hitting back hard with a thorough defense of democracy that eviscerates the governor’s nonsensical order.”

Warren, not understanding what the Constitutional Republic is all about, apparently doesn’t understand that he has little to no ‘legal remedy’, that is clear right now. Warren does plan to raise money to find out about that.

“DeSantis decided to remove Warren after he vowed not to charge abortion patients or the doctors who illegally perform the procedure to terminate a pregnancy. Warren pledged in June just days ahead of a state law barring the procedure after 15 weeks was to go into effect,” Jon Doughtery, with Conservative Brief reported.

“We had the individual here from Hillsborough County say and signed letters that there are certain laws he just won’t enforce and won’t prosecute,” DeSantis told Fox News exclusively following a press conference in which he announced Warren’s suspension.

“States attorneys that put their ideology over the rule of law are not satisfying their oath of office,” said DeSantis, himself a Harvard-education lawyer and Yale graduate who served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Navy and an assistant U.S. Attorney.

“You know, policy differences aside, we’ve had governors who have respected the rule of law, and now we have one who clearly doesn’t,” Warren claimed without citing any evidence. “I mean, he is stepping on the rights of the voters of Hillsborough County.”

“This is blatantly unconstitutional in violation of Florida Statute,” Warren said. “He doesn’t have the authority to suspend me just because he wants to, especially when he’s focused on things that I haven’t even done yet. The bottom line is that people elected me to serve in this position, and I’m going to continue doing it to keep our neighborhoods safe.”

As part of his suspension order, DeSantis tapped Hillsborough County Court Judge Susan Lopez to replace Warren, according to reports.

“DeSantis also lashed out at Soros-supported district attorneys and state attorneys like Warren, claiming they were significantly damaging cities and towns around the country with a ‘soft-on-crime’ approach he said is responsible for massive crime spikes,” Doughtery wrote.

“Here’s what Soros is doing. It’s actually smart on his part, they can’t get these things enacted in a legislature where you’re just gonna let criminals run [amok],” DeSantis said. “So what they do, he will get involved in these Democrat primaries and a Democrat area, he’ll flush a million dollars to get the radical to win the primary then they usually win the general because of the party affiliation difference in the jurisdiction.”

“So then you get them in there and what they do is they want to change the criminal justice system through non-enforcement,” DeSantis continued. “So it’s a total end run around our constitutional system. The results obviously have been destructive around the country. But it also really undermines the idea that ours is supposed to be a government of laws, not a government of individual men.”

Don’t feel too sorry for Warren, he is getting some more Twitter followers from the deal.
