In a chat she had with community organizers on Tuesday, Vice President Kamala Harris once again disclosed her preferred gender pronouns.
She started off by saying,
“I want to welcome these leaders for coming in to have this very important debate about some of the most serious challenges of our time.” “I want to welcome these leaders for coming in,” she said. “I am Kamala Harris. “She” and “her” are the pronouns I use to refer to myself.
Harris disclosed her preferred pronouns during a discussion on the significance of abortion that took place at a roundtable with advocates for people with disabilities.
On behalf of people who were blind or visually handicapped, she also referred to herself as “a woman wearing a blue suit.”
Harris has identified her pronouns in the past, but she does not always do so when she is introducing herself. This is not the first time she has done so.
“Therefore, I want to express my gratitude to you and extend a warm welcome for being here. In June 2021, Harris started up a teleconference with homosexual rights advocates by stating that her preferred pronouns are “she” and “her.”
When Harris was campaigning for president in October of 2019, she participated in a town hall event where she disclosed her pronouns.
As it is with many of the people involved in the Biden administration, she has the uncanny ability of shifting her ‘transparency’ as it suits a particular situation.

She also included her gender pronouns on her social media profiles when she ran for president.
