Biden Using Inner Circle To Prosecute Trump

According to two sources who spoke with The New York Times, President Joe Biden told close friends that former President Donald Trump is a threat to democracy, and that he wants Federal Bureau of Investigation head Merrick Garland’s office to prosecute him.

The president has not requested that the attorney general seek an indictment against Trump but, according to reports, he is frustrated by his inaction. Biden would like to see “Mr. Garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over the events of Jan. 6,” The Times stated.

The current situation is summarized in the following tweet by Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch.

The Democrats realize that the phony Jan. 6 Committee, created by Nancy Pelosi, will be the first casualty of a Republican-led Congress.

In the article “Garland Faces Growing Pressure as Jan. 6 Investigation Widens” that appeared last week, the outlet continued to promote the narrative that Trump had violated the law and should be prosecuted for the intrusion, and that no one can comprehend Garland’s hesitation.

Here’s what’s really going on.

On Jan. 6, Trump did not violate the law, therefore he can’t be prosecuted. As a result, Garland is hesitating because he knows Democrats are spreading a false narrative and does not wish one day to be held responsible for indicting the former – and possibly future – president of the United States on false allegations.

Reuters reported in August that the FBI had found “scant evidence,” which indicated that the Capitol incursion occurred because Trump supporters planned to overthrow the government.

The report states that the sources “have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on” the FBI’s investigation of what happened on and leading up to January 6th.

Therefore, the only conspiracy that took place on Jan. 6 was one between the FBI, the deep state, and mainstream media. In order to manipulate the American people, these three went to great lengths to create the impression that there was an attempted insurrection.

Garland may remember also how disastrously backfired when he last agreed to do the administration’s bidding. He sent the FBI a memo in October and instructed them to investigate parents who challenged the curriculums of public schools.

As a result of this abuse of power, Republicans won the next month’s elections with the most surprising victory coming from Glenn Youngkin in Virginia. The incident also stained Garland’s legacy.

He may also be reticent because he has knowledge of the details of the current federal investigation of Hunter Biden, including alleged tax evasion and money laundering. His knowledge has now expanded to the most damaging revelations that may even implicate the president himself in wrongdoing that emerged from Hunter’s abandoned laptop.

Yet Democrats still hold out hope that they can prevent a GOP victory in November. But this will require the effort of all parties.

The Times reported: “The Jan. 6 investigation is a test not just for Mr. Garland, but for Mr. Biden as well. Both men came into office promising to restore the independence and reputation of a Justice Department that Mr. Trump had tried to weaponize for political gain.”

Both men, as well as the authors of the article, lied. It is a common practice for Democrats to accuse Republicans of exactly what they are doing. In a way, Biden, Garland and the Times understand that their party has monopolized the weaponization of traditional American establishments against Republicans. It has led to an ever-growing distrust of government on the part of the American people.

Obama’s administration started it. Barack Obama told supporters five days before winning the presidency, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” That was no mere platitude. It was really his intention.

Politicizing the DOJ was the goal. Eric Holder, Obama’s Attorney General, implemented the Obama-era plan in 2009, and his successor, Loretta Lynch, continued it.

After eight years, police departments, CIAs, DNIs, NSAs, and State Departments were all politicized. Obama’s weaponization of the Pentagon took a little longer. However, the process is now complete under the direction of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.

Due to their corruption, the Obama FBI was able to carry out their sham attack on Donald Trump, accusing him of being an agent of Russia, and continue to promote this fabricated narrative after Trump won the election. Following that narrative’s failure, Democrats simply focused on Trump’s July 2019 conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. And the harassment raged on.

As a result of the violence at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, Democrats now have fresh ammunition to use against Trump.

Of course, all of their attacks don’t seem to be hurting Trump’s popularity, especially since Biden and his administration have decimated the US economy with massive inflation, sky-high gas and food prices, and brought the world to the brink of a nuclear war.

According to a new poll released last week, if the 2024 election were held today, both President Biden and Vice President Harris would lose to Trump.

Harvard CAPS-Harris poll exclusively obtained by The Hill shows that Trump leads Biden by six points, another grim sign for a White House riddled with declining approval ratings and multiple crises.

45% of respondents to a survey say they will support Trump in 2024, while 41% support Biden. 12% said they are unsure.

The results for Harris are even worse than for her boss, as she trails Trump by 11 percentage points.
